Abstract:   (70 Views)

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) have been one of the tremendous and developed interests in cancer biology in the past decade. MiRNAs are a family large class of short non-coding RNAs by 20–24 nucleotides in length, which found in various animals and plants. MiRNAs can reduce of gene expression in numerous vital cell processes. Recently evidences study indicated that the key role of miRNAs in the beginning and development of human carcinogenesis. Clinical trials are improvement of miRNA profiling for diagnosis and clinical prognosis in different disorder now underway. There could be control of oncogenes, tumor suppressors’ genes and several of tumor-associated genes to regulation of cell cycle, survival, proliferation, apoptosis and angiogenesis. In current research we summarized the  miRNAs physiological role and the implications diagnostic and therapeutic potential for the clinical assessment.
